Writers En Bloc
Sharing, Support, Suggestions for Success!

This forum was created as the online home of a new venture to provide a place for published and unpublished writers of books, short stories, poems etcetera.  Monthly meetings will start in January 2009 and we hope that from these discussions and sharing of ideas more writers will realise their respective dreams!

Please take the time to visit our bookstore, which features the works of our members at www.shop.writersenbloc.com.

He self-published his second novel - this one for children - in 2007. It is called 'Olympic Mind Games'. It was long-listed for the AC Black Novel Competition and has since sold approaching 9000 copies in the UK and USA.

The draft submission package for his current project 'The Spaniard's Wife' was short-listed for the Impress Prize for New Writers and long-listed for the 'wannabe a writer' New Novel Competition. Robert hopes to comp

In 2008, he had three pieces published in the Academy’s anthology 'Finding a Voice'. His short stories have won three national competitions and been runners-up or highly-commended six times.
